Returns Policy

You have 60 days from the purchase date to initiate a return for a full refund. All items must be in their unused, original condition*.

Return Shipping

• Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Liability: Items remain your responsibility until they arrive at our facility. Please package them carefully to avoid transit damage. We are not liable for items returned to us by mistake.
• Recommendation: Use a tracked and insured shipping service.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving your return. It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement.

Refund Amounts

• Full Order Returns: You will receive a refund for the item amounts plus the original shipping cost. To qualify, all items—including free gifts—must be returned.
• Partial Order Returns: If your return causes your original order to no longer qualify for a promotional discount or free gift, your refund will be reduced by the lost discount amount or the retail price of the unreturned gifts.

Note: Promotional deduction policies do not apply to exchanges.
